Ginger

Take a small slice of raw ginger and 1-2 times a day to get relief from nausea and vomiting. Also, you can take 2 teaspoons of ginger juice with 1 teaspoon of honey to reduce the symptoms of food poisoning.

Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)
ACV has an alkaline effect on the body due to which it can alleviate various symptoms of food poisoning. It can kill the food poison causing bacteria inside the stomach, providing you instant relief.
