Mix ½ teaspoon of honey, Mulethi, and cinnamon with one glass of water and drink the solution 1-2 times a day to get rid of dry cough and other throat irritations.

Black Paper

Mix ½ teaspoon of black paper with ½ teaspoon of desi ghee (clarified butter) and consume this mixture 1-2 times a day after food.

Spiced tea/ Masala tea
Another proven old remedy for dry coughs. The masala tea contains ingredients like cloves, cardamom, and cinnamon which heals you from inside. The warm spices in the tea reduce congestion in the throat and lungs providing us relief from irritation and coughs.

Drink one cup of masala tea 2-3 times a day to get instant relief from throat irritation and coughs.
